In my neck of the woods there are many self-described “horse people.” I bought some fabric from one such “horse person” at the flea market. This is the first piece made from her yardage that called to me.
I know enough about horses to appreciate that talking on your cell phone, or heaven forbid, texting, is an absolute no-no while riding.
Except of course in my fantasy where people are doing exactly that, and enjoying it very much. The item in this piece that I observed while walking about is the funny little man in the top hat, holding the lead to the big horse.
The title is “Distracted Riding,” and the size is 15.5 x 19.25″
