This is the first piece I have completed in the new series I am working on based on fabric, found objects and 10,000 steps a day. It is 21 x 18 inches, a little larger than many I have done, with tons of hand embroidery on it. I was especially excited by the blue diodes(?) kind of exploding in the corner, so I will include a detail of that part.
Today I picked up all sorts of interesting litter on my morning walk. I decided I like the pieces that have been run over and mashed up pretty good by car tires. I can hardly wait to start my next piece!
